● SPRAYMIST.ART SC/3
SPRAYMIST.ART is a line of low-volume sprayers for row crop treatment, using an effective and rational defense technique, combined with environmental protection and operator safety requirements. The main feature is the ability to spray at low volume, where high-speed airflow passing through venturi nozzles creates tiny and uniform droplets. The same airflow deposits the droplets onto the vegetation, ensuring optimal coverage. The benefits of low-volume treatment are numerous: ● Reduced dispersion ● Improved distribution ● Reduced time and costs ● Lower wear and tear ● Easy maneuverability at the beginning and end of rows with turns exceeding 90° without disconnecting the PTO (Power Take-Off). ● Product distribution on two or three complete rows simultaneously, reducing intervention times (SC.2-SC.3). ● Liquid calibration through graduated dosers on each individual outlet. ● Pneumatic misting of the mixture with venturi nozzles with spray angle adjustment to increase penetration and reduce drift.

● Volume of air up to 22.000 m³/h with outlet speed up to 160 m/s

● Low pressure stainless steel centrifugal pump, with automatic belt tensioner, flow rate 250 L/min
● Distribution calibrated by means of perforated disc proportioning units, with position numbering
● 4 way electrical distribution controller and electric pressure adjustment, with remote control panel on the tractor
● Additional pressure gauge mounted on the machine Ø 100
● Electro-hydraulic controls for the 3 movements of the head with remote control panel on the tractor
● Hydraulic agitation of liquid in the tank
● External suction filter with non-return valve
● Hand washing clean water tank
● Circuit washing device even with full tank
